By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy:
We take great care in checking and packing every Jellycat plush and gift item before shipping. However, if you receive the wrong item or your product is damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, damaged, have tags removed, or are no longer in their original condition.
If you change your mind, we may accept a return only if the item is unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
Please note that slight variations in colour, shape, stitching, or plush texture may occur due to the nature of soft toys and manufacturing. These are not considered defects unless they significantly affect the product.
If returning the item is inconvenient, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill solution, depending on the situation.
Prices may change due to stock availability, supplier costs, or market demand. We do not provide refunds for price differences after an order has been placed.
